1The video player

1.1The finding timeline

Each finding is a dot on the video's timeline, with its time above it and its color set by severity. The findings list beside the video matches it: click a row to play the video from that moment, or the arrow at the end of the row to open the finding in full.

1.2Stepping frame by frame

Pause the video, then press Previous frame or Next frame, or the ← and → keys, to move one frame at a time. Pressing an arrow while the video plays pauses it first. Shift with an arrow jumps 5 seconds.

1.3Save frame

Save frame downloads the exact frame on screen as a photo, stamped with the date, the time, the property's address and the report ID. Use it when one moment is the evidence: a damage claim, a note to the cleaning team, or a message to an owner.

2Findings

2.1Filtering by type

When a report has more than one kind of finding, a filter row sits above the list: All, Damage, Cleaning and Lost items. Damage alone is what most claims need. The filter only changes what you see: Export PDF always includes every finding.

2.2Exported finding photos

A finding's photos download with a stamp showing when the walkthrough was recorded, the report ID and the property's address. For an inspection made from task photos rather than a video, the stamp shows the date the task was completed.

3The transcript

View transcript shows the words spoken during the walkthrough, exactly as said. Each line carries its time: click it to jump the video to that moment. If nobody spoke, the transcript says Nothing was said. Cleaners who talk through what they see leave a spoken record you can read later. The recording reference covers talking while recording.

4Checklist results

If the inspection had a checklist, the report lists every item. When RapidEye checked the checklist as the cleaner finished, which is on unless your account has turned it off, each item has one of four results:

ResultWhat it means
VerifiedRapidEye saw the item done in the walkthrough.
ExplainedThe item was not shown, and the cleaner gave a reason.
MissedThe video shows the item not done or not clearly enough to tell, or the cleaner pressed Finish anyway without showing it again.
Not checkedRapidEye could not check the item.

Steps the cleaner chose to finish without recording are counted separately and read Not recorded. If checking is off for your account, each step shows the moment the cleaner ticked it instead of a result. The same checklist section appears in the exported PDF and in the report email.

5Sharing and PDFs

Share copies the report's link; the button reads Copied when it has. Pasted into Slack, iMessage or an email, the link unfolds into a card with the property, the date, the finding counts and the top photos. Export PDF downloads a print-ready copy of the whole report.

6Re-recording an inspection

If a walkthrough missed part of the home, record it again. On the property's page, open the menu on the inspection in the history and choose Re-record. RapidEye asks Record this inspection again?; press Record again. The new walkthrough replaces the one already delivered.
