Priced per unit, scoped to how you inspect.
Most operators start with turnover photos and a per-unit plan, then add video walkthroughs as they grow. Every plan is sized to your portfolio, so the fastest way to a real number is a quick call. Here is exactly what each plan includes.

Pricing questions
How does RapidEye pricing work?
RapidEye is priced per unit. You pay for the doors you actually inspect, and the per-unit rate improves as your portfolio grows. Most operators start with the Photos plan and add video walkthroughs as they scale. Because each plan is sized to your portfolio and inspection method, the fastest way to a real number is a 15-minute call.
Why isn't a price listed on the site?
Pricing flexes with portfolio size and whether you inspect by photo, video, or both, so a single sticker number would be wrong for almost everyone. Instead, the plans above show exactly what is included at each tier, and a short call produces a number scoped to your operation.
Do I have to start with video walkthroughs?
No. Most operators start with turnover photos, which plug into the workflow they already run (including Breezeway), and add video walkthroughs later as they want fuller room coverage. You are never required to change how your cleaners document a turn to get value on day one.
Is there a free way to try RapidEye?
Yes. You can run the free turnover check on a single property with no setup, and the RapidEye Chrome extension lets you upload turnover photos in one click from any tab.
Does RapidEye charge per photo or per unit?
Per unit, not per photo. You are not metered on the number of images or how many turns a property has in a month. Pricing is based on the doors under management, so a high-turnover property does not cost more to document than a quiet one.
