Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at rapideyeinspections.com, our early-access program, and related services (together, the "Services") provided by RapidEye Inspections ("RapidEye", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who we are
RapidEye provides AI-powered inspection intelligence for vacation rental and hotel operators. We analyze the turnover photos and walkthrough videos that operators already capture and surface damage, missing items, and quality issues. This website describes those Services and lets you contact us, book a demo, request early access, and read our content.
Using the website
You may use the website for your own legitimate business and informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or introduce malware or other harmful code.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our written permission.
Early access and the product
Access to the RapidEye product (including the application at app.rapideyeinspections.com and any browser extension) may be offered through an early-access or trial program. Early-access features are still evolving, may change or be withdrawn, and are provided without any guarantee of availability, uptime, or specific results. Where a separate written agreement (such as an order form or services agreement) governs your use of the product, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Your content and uploads
If you submit information or upload files (for example, turnover photos) through our forms or tools, you confirm you have the right to share them and to allow us to process them in order to provide the Services. You retain ownership of what you submit. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Services, including the site's text, design, graphics, logos, and the RapidEye name and mark, are owned by RapidEye or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the website for the purposes described above. All other rights are reserved. Third-party names and logos referenced on the site (such as those of integration partners) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or partnership unless we state so explicitly.
Third-party services and links
The website may reference or link to third-party platforms and services (for example, property-management software we integrate with, or scheduling and booking tools). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis, detection, or content will be complete or accurate. You are responsible for your own operational, maintenance, and inspection decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidEye and its founders, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
