Data Deletion
You can ask RapidEye Inspections ("RapidEye", "we", "us") to delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how to make that request and what happens next. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@rapideyeinspections.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Tell us the email address, name, or company you used when you contacted us, booked a demo, submitted a lead form, or uploaded files, so we can find your records.
- We may follow up to confirm your identity before acting on the request, to protect against unauthorized deletions.
What we delete
On a verified request, we delete the personal information we hold about you, which may include:
- Contact-form and demo-booking submissions (such as your name, email, company, and message).
- Lead information we received from advertising platforms, including leads submitted through Facebook or Instagram lead forms.
We will also ask our service providers to delete personal information they processed on our behalf, where applicable.
Deleting data from Facebook and Instagram
If you submitted your information through one of our Facebook or Instagram lead ads, you can have that data removed by emailing the address above. You can also remove RapidEye's access from your Meta account by going to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook and removing RapidEye Inspections. Timing and exceptions
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases we may need to keep limited information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements; where that applies, we delete the rest and let you know.
