The RapidEye API puts inspection intelligence in your stack

The same AI engine that reviews turnover photos and video walkthroughs for damage, exposed to your systems. Send documentation from wherever it lives; get structured findings back, wherever you need them.

The RapidEye API gives your software programmatic access to RapidEye's AI inspection engine. Your PMS, your internal tools, or an AI assistant like Claude sends property photos or video; RapidEye returns what it found: damage, missed cleaning issues, and condition changes. The API is in early access, and the fastest way in is a short call with the team.

What operators are wiring it into

The API is intentionally simple: documentation in, findings out. That one loop covers a lot of ground.

Automatic turnover review

Pipe turnover photos straight from your PMS or operations platform into RapidEye, and get damage findings back before the next guest checks in. No behavior change for cleaners or inspectors.

AI agents with eyes

Connect RapidEye to Claude, ChatGPT, or your own agents, so the AI running your back office can actually see unit condition instead of guessing.

Condition history and reporting

Build per-unit condition timelines, owner reports, and QA dashboards on top of structured inspection results.

Whatever your workflow needs

The API doesn't assume a workflow. If your operation needs inspection intelligence somewhere we haven't thought of, that's exactly the conversation we want to have.

How it works

The shape of every integration, regardless of what's on either end.

01 Send documentation Turnover photos or video walkthroughs, from your PMS, your storage, or directly from the field.
02 RapidEye inspects The same engine behind RapidEye reviews every frame for damage, missed issues, and condition changes.
03 Get findings back Structured results your systems can route: to a task, a report, a dashboard, or an AI assistant.

Questions

Does RapidEye have an API?
Yes. The RapidEye API is in early access. It exposes the AI inspection engine behind RapidEye: you send turnover photos or video walkthroughs, and it returns structured damage and issue findings. Access currently runs through a short call with the team so we can set you up directly.
Can I use RapidEye with Claude or other AI tools?
That's one of the main reasons the API exists. Structured findings mean AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, agent frameworks, and MCP-based workflows can ask RapidEye about property condition. If you're already connecting your stack to Claude, our Claude guides show what that looks like tool by tool.
What does the API return?
Inspection findings: damage, missed cleaning issues, and condition observations detected in the photos or video you send, in a structured form your systems can route to a task, a report, or an assistant. Full reference documentation ships with general availability; early access partners get it directly from us.
How do I get access?
Book a call with the team using the button above. Early access partners get set up directly, and what you're building helps shape what the API becomes.
