Property teams send us their photos and video. Our AI platform sends back findings.
RapidEye is the inspection layer for property operations. Vacation rental operators and hotels send the turnover photos and walkthrough videos their teams already capture, and RapidEye returns what needs attention: damage, missing items, missed cleaning, and standards not met.
Our mission is to make property condition something an operator can measure on every turnover. Teams already capture more than anyone has time to review, so problems surface later as a guest review or a chargeback. We close that gap, so quality holds as a portfolio grows.
Three working principles
Evidence over opinion
We decide with what we can see and measure. It is the same standard RapidEye holds a property to.
Fit the work people already do
Cleaners and inspectors keep capturing what they already capture. We build around their day, not ours.
Ship, then prove it
We put small changes in customers' hands quickly. Nothing counts as done until we have seen it work for them.
