1The summary

Open Analytics in the sidebar: Cleaner & property performance. The numbers cover the date range you pick at the top (see 4.1).

Who can do this: everyone on your account sees the same page and can change its settings.

1.1The six numbers

NumberWhat it counts
TurnoversEvery turnover where a walkthrough was expected: the task was closed in your ops software, or we have a recording for it.
Walkthroughs recordedTurnovers that have a walkthrough.
Missing videoTasks closed without a recording.
Short videoWalkthroughs shorter than your short-video limit (see 4.2).
Recording rateWalkthroughs recorded as a share of turnovers. It turns amber below 70%.

1.2The Guest-ready score

A turnover counts as guest-ready when it has a walkthrough, the walkthrough is long enough, and it found nothing the cleaner is responsible for. The same score shows on the dashboard's Guest-ready tile, and for each cleaner and home. Scores fall into bands:

BandGuest-ready
Excellent90% or more
Good75% to 89%
Watch60% to 74%
Coaching40% to 59%
At riskbelow 40%

A cleaner or home needs 4 or more turnovers in the range for a score; until then it reads needs 4+ turnovers, and a home's band chip reads Limited data. Tagging a finding in a report (for example Misidentified) does not change the score.

2Cleaners

2.1Reading a cleaner's row

The Cleaners table has one row per cleaner, with columns Turnovers, Missing video, Short video, Recorded and Guest-ready. Click a column heading to sort by it. Cleaners in the Watch, Coaching or At risk band carry that chip next to their name.

Click a row to open the full breakdown: inspections, properties serviced, critical findings per inspection, and the findings by severity. If a cleaner's Guest-ready score is below 60%, or they average more than 0.15 critical findings per inspection (about one in every seven), the breakdown suggests a check-in or re-training.

2.2Tasks to review

A chip such as 3 to review means some of the cleaner's tasks were closed without a recording (No video) or with one under the limit (Short and its length). Open the row to see each one, with the home and the date it was closed. Click one to open the home or the short walkthrough's report. When there is nothing to review, the row reads Every closed cleaning has a complete recording.

3Properties

The Properties table has one row per home, with Inspections, Cleaners and Guest-ready, and the home's band. Click a row to see the home's inspections, unique cleaners, findings by severity, and Cleaners at this property. A cleaner whose work at that home scores below 70 is marked Low quality here. See all properties goes to the Properties page.

4.2The short-video limit

Flag short videos under sets how short a walkthrough can be before it counts as a short video. It applies to your whole account.

  1. Type a number of seconds, from 10 to 1800. The default is 60.
  2. Press Save. The page recounts short videos with the new limit.

4.3Export PDF

Export PDF downloads the page as you see it, with the same date range, summary and tables, ready to share with an owner or your team.

5When the numbers show a dash

Turnover numbers need walkthroughs to be expected somewhere. If the summary shows dashes, a note under it says why:

  • Walkthrough metrics need RapidEye recording links enabled on at least one task department. Turn on Video walkthroughs for a department in Settings, on the PMS connection tab (see settings).
  • An account that records through a partner integration has no turnovers on our side to score; the note says so.
  • If the note says walkthrough scoring is switched off for your account and that is wrong, email support@rapideyeinspections.com.

If the tables read No cleaner data yet or No property data yet, nothing was completed in the date range. Widen it.
