You cannot connect Quore to Claude directly. Quore does not offer a public API, and no Quore MCP server exists as of July 2026. Quore integrates with other systems only through negotiated partnerships, such as its PMS connections to choiceADVANTAGE and IHG Concerto. The path that works today runs through Quore's Reports app: download the reports you already run, drop them into a Claude Project, and ask questions there. Setup takes about 15 minutes and needs no IT help.
Direct connection
No public API, no developer portal, no MCP server, no webhook access. According to Software Finder's Quore profile, Quore does not offer an API. Vendor integrations go through partnership agreements with Quore.
Report exports into a Claude Project
Quore's Reports app ships more than 96 standard reports with download, distribution, and custom scheduling options, per Quore's product page. Those files are your data feed. Claude reads PDFs and spreadsheets and answers questions across them.
Why there is no direct Quore integration
Quore is the operations platform inside a large share of branded select-service hotels. Its own homepage cites more than 120,000 users and shows brand logos including Choice Hotels, Comfort, Country Inn, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Holiday Inn. Its integration strategy matches that franchise world: deep, brand-sanctioned connections rather than open developer access.
According to Quore's integrations page, the platform connects to PMS systems (choiceADVANTAGE, Data Integration Powered by IHG Concerto, HotelKey) and guest messaging tools (Akia, Canary Technologies, Kipsu, Medallia Concierge, Revinate, Saba, Whistle for Cloudbeds). The same page offers vendors a partnership conversation, not API keys: there is no developer portal and no public API documentation anywhere on quore.com. Software Finder's Quore profile answers the question flatly in its FAQ: "No, Quore does not offer an API."
That also settles the MCP question. An MCP server is a thin bridge between Claude and a system's API; with no API to call, there is nothing to bridge. We checked, and no official or community Quore MCP server exists as of July 2026. If Quore ever opens API access, a read-only MCP server like the ones in our other guides would be a weekend project. Until then, the honest path is files.
What you can ask Claude once your reports are in
Quore's modules generate exactly the operational records worth interrogating: work orders, preventive maintenance with auto-triggered work orders, boiler, meter, and pool chemical readings, cleaning inspections with scoring, and guest complaints with resolution-time reporting, all listed on Quore's product page. Once the exports are in a Claude Project, questions like these become one-line asks:
Prerequisites
- A Quore login with access to the Reports app for your property (or the Above Property Dashboard if you oversee several).
- A Claude account. Projects, which this workflow leans on, are available on paid Claude plans. claude.ai in the browser is enough; no install, no Node.js, no config files.
- A green light on data policy. If you run a franchised property, confirm with your management company what operational data can go into outside tools. Five minutes now saves an awkward email later.
The walkthrough
Pick the reports that answer real questions
Quore's Reports app advertises "96+ Standard Reports" with "Flexible Reporting Parameters" and "Multi-Property Reporting." You do not need 96. Start with the four that carry the most signal for a select-service property:
- Work order history, 90 days. The backbone for repeat-offender and asset-failure analysis.
- PM completion, current quarter. Brand standards live or die here.
- Readings (boiler, meter, pool chemicals), current month. Compliance gaps hide in skipped days.
- Complaints with resolution times, current month. The GM-side pulse.
Set each report's parameters once, the way you want to see it every week.
Put the downloads on a schedule
Quore's product page lists "Download & Distribution Options" and "Custom Scheduling" for reports. Use that: schedule your chosen reports to land in your inbox on Monday morning, or run and download them manually at the same time each week. Either way, the goal is a consistent weekly file drop with consistent names, for example work-orders_2026-07-13.pdf. Consistency is what makes week-over-week questions possible later.
Create a Claude Project called "Quore Ops"
In Claude, create a new Project and give it custom instructions so you never re-explain your property. Something like:
Swap in your own room count, flag, and thresholds. The Project keeps instructions and files together, so every future chat starts already knowing your hotel.
Upload the week's files and interrogate them
Drag the downloads into the Project and ask the questions from the section above. Claude handles both PDF and spreadsheet exports; if a report offers both formats, prefer the spreadsheet, since row-level data survives cleanly. Ask for tables, rankings, and week-over-week deltas, and make "show me the rows behind that" a habit so every answer stays checkable against Quore itself.
Make it a Monday ritual
The compounding value arrives around week three, when the Project holds enough history to answer trend questions: is the same PTAC unit eating labor, did PM slippage move after the staffing change, are complaint resolution times drifting. Ten minutes of upload-and-ask before the morning stand-up turns Quore's paper trail into an agenda.
A note on the photos. Quore's photo carousel supports multiple photo uploads on work orders and maintenance requests, and photos also attach to lost and found items and QA inspections, per Quore's own guide to photo uploads. Those images are condition evidence, but report exports only carry the text around them. If the thing you want AI to actually look at is the photos, room condition, damage, cleanliness, that is a different problem and the one RapidEye is built for: it analyzes inspection photos and video directly and there is an API for wiring it into your stack.
Troubleshooting
Claude's numbers don't match what Quore shows
Almost always a parameter mismatch: the export was run with a different date range, property filter, or status filter than the screen you are comparing against. Re-run the report with the exact parameters, re-upload, and ask Claude to list the rows behind the disputed number so you can eyeball them against Quore.
The PDF export reads badly or tables come out scrambled
Dense multi-column PDFs occasionally trip up extraction. If the report offers a spreadsheet-style download, use it. If PDF is the only option, split the export into shorter date ranges, or ask Claude to first reproduce the table it extracted so you can confirm the parse before trusting the analysis.
I need live data, not weekly files
There is no self-serve way to get it: Quore's integrations run through partnership agreements, and its integrations page invites vendors to start that conversation directly. If live Quore data matters to your organization, the productive move is asking your brand or management company to raise API access with Quore. In the meantime, tightening the export cadence to daily gets most teams close enough.
I oversee multiple properties
Quore's product page lists "Multi-Property Reporting" in the Reports app and an Above Property Dashboard as a premium offering. Export the multi-property versions of the same four reports and keep one Claude Project for the portfolio. Cross-property questions ("rank my properties by PM completion rate") are where Claude beats scanning six separate report emails.
My company hasn't approved AI tools
Do not work around it. Ask, and be specific about the payload: operational reports (work orders, PMs, readings), not guest payment data. Many operators clear this quickly once they see what is actually in the files, and a work-grade Claude plan with admin controls is usually the answer that satisfies IT.
Frequently asked questions
Does Quore have a public API?
No. Software Finder's Quore profile states it directly: "No, Quore does not offer an API." Quore's site has no developer portal or API documentation; its integrations with PMS and guest messaging platforms are built through direct partnerships with Quore.
Is there a Quore MCP server?
No. As of July 2026 there is no official or community-built Quore MCP server. MCP servers wrap a system's API, and Quore does not expose one, so do not expect a community server to appear until that changes.
Can you connect Quore to ChatGPT or other AI tools?
Not directly, for the same reason. The export workflow on this page is tool-agnostic: the reports you download from Quore can be uploaded to any assistant your company allows. We use Claude here because Projects hold your property context and file history in one persistent place.
How do partners integrate with Quore?
Through negotiated partnerships. Quore's integrations page lists PMS connections (choiceADVANTAGE, Data Integration Powered by IHG Concerto, HotelKey) and guest messaging integrations (Akia, Canary Technologies, Kipsu, Medallia Concierge, Revinate, Saba, Whistle for Cloudbeds), and invites interested vendors to a partnership conversation rather than offering self-serve access.
Is it safe to upload Quore reports to Claude?
Treat it like emailing the report outside your building. Most operational exports contain room numbers, assets, and staff names rather than guest payment data, but complaint and lost-and-found reports can name guests. Follow your brand and management company's data policy, prefer a work-grade Claude plan if your company has one, and strip guest-identifying columns when in doubt.
