CiiRUS ships an in-platform AI assistant but no MCP server and no third-party agent interface. Their assistant answers questions about reservations, performance, and operations inside CiiRUS, plus listing content generation and automated messaging. If asking questions inside the product is all you need, that may be enough. If you are building your own tool, the CiiRUS-API is the route, and nothing agent-shaped exists around it yet.

In-platform AI versus your own tools

CiiRUS took a different path from most rental platforms. According to CiiRUS (ciirus.com), rather than opening an agent interface, they built AI into the product: an in-platform assistant that answers questions about reservations, performance, and operations, plus AI listing content generation and automated messaging.

That is genuinely useful if your questions live inside CiiRUS. It does nothing for the operator building a dashboard that spans systems, because an assistant inside one product cannot join its data to anything outside it.

The CiiRUS-API

For your own tools you need the CiiRUS-API, and it is partner-gated. Our vacation rental PMS API audit found that CiiRUS requires a mutual non-disclosure agreement, a request for information, a commercial agreement, and integration certification before an integration can go live. As of July 2026 CiiRUS publishes no first-party MCP server and we could find no third-party one either, so agent access means wrapping the API yourself.

Our guide to using CiiRUS with Claude covers the assistant side.

If you use RapidEye

We set RapidEye up for your account. Tell us which platform you use and we take it from there.

Looking for the RapidEye inspection API itself, where you send turnover photos or video and get findings back? Its reference is public at api.rapideyeinspections.com/docs.

Quick FAQ

How do you get API access to CiiRUS?

Through CiiRUS's partner process: a mutual non-disclosure agreement, a request for information, a commercial agreement, and integration certification come before an integration can go live. There is no self-serve agent interface around it either: as of July 2026 CiiRUS publishes no first-party MCP server and no third-party CiiRUS MCP server exists either, so any agent access is built rather than installed.

How does the CiiRUS in-platform AI differ from building your own tool?

CiiRUS ships an in-platform AI assistant that answers questions about reservations, performance, and operations, plus AI listing content generation and automated messaging. It is useful for questions that live inside CiiRUS, but it cannot join CiiRUS data to systems outside the platform.
